1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Montreal-style steak seasoning
2 1/4 teaspoons lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 pounds beef rib-eye steaks

Instructions

1.Take a saucepan and add cumin seeds to toast them at medium heat until they release their aroma.
2.Remove the pan from heat and pour in orange juice, oil, Montreal style steak seasoning, lime juice, dried oregano, and mix.
3.Take the marinade along with the beef rib-eye steaks in a ziplock bag and let the steaks marinate for 6 hours or overnight.
4.Preheat the grill and Grill each side of the steak for 4-5 minutes until the internal temperature of the steak is suitable for you.
5.Place the steak in foil paper and let it rest for at least 5 minutes for extra tenderness. Serve and enjoy your Cuban Marinated Steak anytime!
