It's then served on a Kaiser roll with mayo, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle. This sandwich is filling and satisfying, making it a favorite among those who love a good hearty sandwich.

Instructions

1.Pound the slices of pork until they are about 1/4-inch thick.
2.In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, marjoram, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3.Fill a shallow dish with bread crumbs. Dip each slice of pork in the egg mixture and then coat with bread crumbs. Press the bread crumbs into the pork.
4.Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry each slice of pork until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5.Drain the pork on paper towels.
6.Assemble your sandwiches by spreading mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard on the top and bottom of the Kaiser rolls. Add a slice of lettuce, tomato, and onion to each roll. Top with a fried pork tenderloin slice and a pickle slice. Serve hot.
