1 teaspoon chopped green onion , or to taste

Instructions

1.In a medium saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups of shrimp stock to a boil over high heat.

9.Season with hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
10.Sprinkle with green onion and serve with grits.
