2 pounds chicken wings
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter
1 clove garlic , minced
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce , or to taste
Jeri's Spicy Buffalo Wings are a classic game-day snack that are sure to be a hit with any crowd. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a large bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, garlic salt, paprika,red pepper flakes, onion salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
3.Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss them with the spice mixture until each piece is well coated.
4.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange chicken wings on the sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
5.While the chicken wings are baking, in a deep skillet over medium heat, melt shortening and butter until the butter is completely melted. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
6.Reduce heat to low and add hot pepper sauce, stirring constantly until heated through.
7.Once the chicken wings are done baking, toss them in the hot pepper sauce mixture until well coated.
