Instructions

1.Rinse and sort beans before soaking them for at least 8 hours in water.
2.Before cooking, drain and rinse beans then add to a large pot.

4.Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours or until beans are soft.
5.Add water to the pot throughout cooking time if necessary to ensure beans are covered by liquid.
