Ingredients

1 red pepper , chopped
1 yellow pepper , chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 cans black soy beans
3 tablespoons chili powder ( spicy )

1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 bay leaves ( optional )
1/4 cup sour cream ( optional )

Instructions
