Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Season spaghetti squash with salt and black pepper; place cut-side down into a baking dish. Add water to dish.
3.Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, cook the Italian sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
5.In the same pan, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Add in the onions and garlic, and cook until the onions are translucent.
