Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
2.In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, white sugar, light brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
3.Stir in the mashed bananas, canola oil, crushed pineapple, coconut, chopped walnuts, chopped macadamia nuts, beaten eggs, applesauce, vanilla extract, lemon extract, and coconut extract.
4.Grease and flour a 9-inch loaf pan. Pour the batter into the pan.
5.In a small bowl, cream the butter, white sugar, chopped walnuts, chopped macadamia nuts, and milk until fluffy. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture over the batter.
6.Bake for 70-75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
