16 fresh jalapenos
32 slices bacon
Jalapeno Poppers from Idahoan® are an appetizer famous for their mix of textures and flavors. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cut the stems off the jalapenos and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membranes from the inside of each pepper half.
3.Fill each jalapeno half with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of the Idahoan® mashed potatoes.
4.Wrap each jalapeno half with a slice of bacon, tucking the ends under the jalapeno to secure the bacon.
5.Place the jalapeno poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapenos are tender.
