Instructions

1.In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk and hot sauce.
2.Add chicken pieces to buttermilk mixture, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
4.Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C), line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.
5.Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece with the bread crumb mixture. Place chicken onto a prepared baking sheet.
6.Bake chicken in the preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, about 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
