1 cup milk

1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

1.In a small saucepan over medium heat, scald milk.

5.Add remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition.
6.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
7.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
8.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
9.Punch down the dough.
10.Form into rolls.
11.Place rolls on a greased baking sheet; let rise until doubled in size, about 40 minutes.
12.Bake rolls in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
