Instructions

2.Remove the pan from heat and stir in cheddar cheese. Cover the saucepan and let it rest.
3.In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa sausage and cook for 5 minutes or until it is browned. Remove it from the skillet and set aside.
4.In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced fresh mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add diced onion and cook for 5-7 minutes or until onion is translucent.

6.Return kielbasa sausage to the skillet and stir it into the preserve mixture.
7.Spoon the cheese grits onto a serving plate and top it with raspberry kielbasa mixture.
