2 cups refried beans

1 can enchilada sauce
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese , divided
1 cup sour cream , divided

Instructions

1.In a large pan, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender.
2.Stir in half can of diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, paprika, dried oregano, 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin, and black pepper. Heat through and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.In another pan, heat refried beans over low heat. Add 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin and stir until heated through.
4.In a small saucepan, heat beef gravy and enchilada sauce over medium heat until heated through.
5.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
6.To assemble burritos, scoop about 1/2 cup beef mixture onto each flour tortilla. Top with 1/2 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, and 2 tablespoons sour cream. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and lettuce as desired.
7.Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style. Place seam-side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour gravy mixture over the burritos, making sure to cover evenly.
8.Sprinkle remaining 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
