Ingredients

1/2 pound smoked sausage , sliced thinly
1/2 pound fresh button mushrooms
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing , divided
3 skinless , boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon Cajun-style seasoning

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

8.Secure the pocket with toothpicks, then place chicken breasts in an oven-safe dish.
9.Drizzle remaining 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing over the top of the stuffed chicken.
10.Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
