1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour or 1 1/2 spelt flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

6.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
7.Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a couple of inches between each cookie to allow for spreading.
8.Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
