Instructions

1.Peel the apples in alternating ribbons stem to stern ( vertically ) and remove the core with a cutter. Then, slice them thinly.
2.Take a large bowl and mix the buckwheat flour, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ground flax seeds.
3.Add pure apple cider, maple syrup and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
4.Mix the sliced apples with the batter.
