Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180 C/350 F.
2.In a large bowl, mix the sunflower seeds, whole wheat flour, nutritional yeast, minced onion, lemon juice, grated raw potato, margarine, hot water, thyme, basil, sage, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
3.Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth out the top.
4.Bake the vegepate in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the center is firm.
5.Allow the vegepate to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
