5 cups water , filtered
4 green jasmine tea bags
2 cinnamon sticks ( use 1 if you like a light touch of cinnamon )
1 teaspoon rose water
sugar ( or honey or Splenda ) ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a medium saucepan, bring 5 cups of filtered water to a boil.
2.Add the 4 green jasmine tea bags and 2 cinnamon sticks to the boiling water.
3.Reduce the heat to low and let the tea steep for 5 minutes.
4.Remove the tea bags and cinnamon sticks from the pot and discard.
5.Stir in 1 teaspoon of rose water until well combined. Add sugar, honey or Splenda to taste (optional). Let the tea cool to room temperature and then transfer to a pitcher.
6.Chill the tea in the refrigerator until cold and serve over ice.
