Instructions

1.Rinse and drain the cans of black beans.
2.In a rice cooker, add the box of quinoa, 2 cups of water, and the package of dry taco seasoning mix. Stir well.

4.Close the rice cooker lid and press the “cook” button. Let the rice cooker do the work until it finishes cooking for 20-25 minutes.
