Instructions

4.Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add in egg and vanilla extract; beat for another 3 minutes on high speed.
5.Gently fold blueberries into the batter.
6.Spoon the batter into greased or paper-lined muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
7.Let the muffins rise in a warm place for 20-25 minutes.
8.Bake at 375 degrees F for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
