Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter and set aside.
2.In a large mixing bowl, cream together soft butter, granulated sugar and eggs until fluffy.
3.In another bowl, mix together bread flour, baking powder, sea salt and pepper. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture while alternating milk and apple juice until fully combined.
4.Stir in the chopped herb, crabmeat, diced granny smith apple and minced ginger until uniformly mixed. Pour the dough into the greased pan.
5.Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the bread.
