3 slices stale bread , any kind
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese , grated
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 lbs cauliflower , cored and cut into small pieces
1 cup gruyere cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Remove crusts from the bread and then tear bread into small pieces. Pulse in a food processor until you have fine crumbs. Transfer to a small bowl and mix with Parmesan cheese.
