Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425 F (220 C).
2.Cut slits into the lamb using a sharp knife and insert garlic slivers into each.

8.In a small bowl, mix together beef stock, cornstarch, and tomato paste. Add the mixture to the saucepan with the onion and red wine. Cook until the gravy thickens, stirring constantly.
9.Season the gravy with salt and pepper to your liking.
10.Serve the sliced lamb with the red wine gravy on top.
