3 large tortillas , I like using salsa flavoured wraps

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, 1 cup tex-mex cheese, diced onion, sour cream, drained diced green chilies, Tex-Mex seasoning, and salsa to make the filling mixture.
3.Spread about 1/3 cup of the filling evenly on each of the 3 tortillas, making sure to cover the entire surface area.
4.Layer the first tortilla in the bottom of an ungreased 9-inch pie dish. Repeat with the next two tortillas, making sure to press each layer down slightly so they all stick together.
5.Sprinkle the remaining shredded tex-mex cheese over the top layer of the tortilla stack.
6.Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
