Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/3 cup minced green onions or 1/3 cup chives
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 dash hot pepper sauce , as you like it
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 3/4 cups small cooked baby shrimp , about 12 oz , coarsely chopped

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it stand for about 5 minutes until soft.
2.Combine the green onions (or chives), dill, lemon juice, salt, sugar, hot pepper sauce and tomato paste in a blender or food processor.
3.Add the yogurt and sour cream, and process until the mixture is blended.
4.Heat the gelatin in the microwave or a small saucepan until completely dissolved.
5.Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender or food processor and process until smooth.
6.Add the celery to the blended mixture and pulse until well combined.
7.Transfer the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chopped shrimp.
8.Pour the mixture into a mold, cover, and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
9.To serve, unmold the mousse onto a serving plate and garnish with dill sprigs.
