Ingredients

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.Cut off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
3.Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a blender.
4.Add water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, dark brown sugar, lemon juice, white onions, whiskey, crushed pineapple, and cayenne pepper into the blender and blend for a couple of minutes until well combined.
5.Pour the mixture into a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring continuously, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
