4 pork loin chops
2 garlic cloves , smashed
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped thyme or 1 teaspoon chopped dried thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2.In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, horseradish, black pepper, and breadcrumbs until well mixed.
3.Rub pork chops on all sides with garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
4.Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Sear the pork chops on both sides until they are browned.
5.Coat the top of each pork chop with the horseradish crust mixture.
6.Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust becomes golden brown and the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 160°F (71°C).
7.Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
