Ingredients

2 lbs frozen meatballs ( any kind from the freezer section of the store )
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon clove
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
4 cups chicken stock , Bovril is fine ( chicken is nicer than beef in this recipe )
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup cold water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

4.Add the frozen meatballs to the Dutch oven and stir to coat them with the spices and stock.

7.Slowly pour the flour mixture into the Dutch oven while stirring continuously.
