Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 skinless , boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup water
20 Brussels sprouts , halved
1 package sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 pint half-and-half
3/4 cup milk
3 cloves garlic , chopped
freshly ground black pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

5.Pour the mixture over the chicken in the baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
7.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
