Ingredients

3 packages yves satay veggie beef skewers
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion , Chopped
1 package mushrooms , sliced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup peas , small sized , frozen
2 cans cream of wild mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
1 package egg noodles , broad , cooked as package directs

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook onions for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.

3.Add in frozen peas, 2 cans of cream of wild mushroom soup, and 3/4 cup of water to the skillet and stir to combine.
4.Add 3 packages of Yves Satay Veggie Beef Skewers to the skillet and gently stir to allow them to absorb the flavors of the sauce.
5.Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through and the sauce has thickened.
6.Serve over cooked broad egg noodles.
