14 ounces canned pumpkin
1/2 cup milk
3 large eggs , Separated
1 teaspoon orange zest , fine
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
6 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup gingersnap cookie , coarse ground ( optional )

Instructions
