2 pork shoulder steaks , bones removed
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce ( Tabasco )
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon ground mixed spice ( coriander , cinnamon , pimento , ginger , cassia , nutmeg , cloves )
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
vegetable oil cooking spray ( I use Pam )
8 -10 broccoli stems
