Ingredients

8 flour tortillas
1 medium onion , chopped
2 garlic cloves , smashed
2 teaspoons cooking oil
3 large tomatoes , peeled , seeded and chopped

1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

9.Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
