1 loin lamb , boned by the butcher
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 -4 kiwi fruits
1 cup good quality tawny port
1/4 cup chopped shallot

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to high heat.
2.Season lamb with black pepper, onion and garlic and grill for 6-8 minutes per side until medium rare. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
3.Peel and blend kiwis in a food processor or blender until pureed. Set aside.
4.In a small saucepan, cook shallots in sesame oil until soft. Add tawny port and Worcestershire sauce, bring to boil and reduce by half. Stir in pureed kiwi fruit and heat through but do not let it boil again.
5.Slice lamb and place on plates. Drizzle with the kiwi and port sauce.
6.Serve hot and enjoy!
