Instructions

1.In a large pot, cook the ground beef and turkey over medium-high heat until browned.
2.Drain excess fat and return the meat to the pot.
3.Add the serrano pepper, beef broth, tomato sauce, water, cayenne pepper, onion powder, hot paprika, cumin powder, chili powder, and chili-garlic sauce to the pot.
4.Stir well and bring to a boil.
5.Reduce heat to low and let the chili simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
