Ingredients

1 package soft ladyfingers
1 package cream cheese , softened
1 lemon , juice and rind
2 packages lemon Jell-O gelatin
1 1/4 cups boiling water
2 cups ice cubes
1 container Cool Whip Topping , thawed
1/2 cup fresh raspberry , or frozen thawed and drained
1 package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup ice cube

Instructions

1.Line the sides of an 8-inch springform pan with ladyfingers.
2.Beat cream cheese and lemon juice and rind with electric mixer in medium bowl until well combined.
3.Dissolve 2 packages lemon Jell-O gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water in large bowl. Add ice and stir until gelatin starts to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice. Add cream cheese mixture and whipped topping; stir until well blended. Pour into prepared springform pan.
4.Refrigerate 15 minutes.
5.Meanwhile, dissolve raspberry Jell-O gelatin in 1 cup boiling water in small bowl. Add ice and stir until gelatin starts to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice. Gently stir in raspberries. Spoon over white layer (in springform pan).
6.Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
