1 cup parmesan cheese ( grated )
1 cup gruyere cheese ( grated )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a saucepan, heat milk, butter, and salt over medium heat. Stir continuously for about 5 min or until the butter has melted and the mixture comes to a simmer.
3.Add the flour and pepper to the mixture and stir continuously for 2 to 3 min until the dough forms a ball.
4.Remove the dough from heat and add one egg at a time, continually stirring, until fully combined. Repeat until all four eggs are incorporated.
5.Add in the parmesan and gruyere cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
6.Spread breadcrumbs on a plate. Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and roll in breadcrumbs until coated and shape into balls.
7.Place balls on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with cooking oil.
8.Bake until golden and crispy for about 18-20 min.
