1 1/2 teaspoons salt ( table )
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup beer
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and salt.
2.Add the water, beer, and vinegar, and mix until a sticky dough forms.

4.Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a Dutch oven or other oven-safe pot with a lid inside to preheat for 30 minutes.
5.Carefully remove the hot pot from the oven and spray it with cooking spray.
6.Transfer the dough to the pot and cover with the lid.
7.Bake for 30 minutes covered, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
8.Let the bread cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
