Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2.Cut the plum tomatoes in half lengthwise and arrange them, cut side up, in the prepared baking dish.
3.Sprinkle the tomatoes with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
4.In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumb, parmesan cheese, all-purpose flour, melted butter, and a pinch of salt.
