2 lbs haddock
3 cups shredded white American cheese ( to taste ) or 3 cups queso blanco
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons texas pete hot sauce
3 tablespoons grapefruit juice
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
