Ingredients

2 slices white bread ( white works best )
1/4 cup grated extra old cheddar cheese ( or use your favorite )
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 slices granny smith apples or 3 slices other firm apples
2 -3 slices cooked bacon
softend butter

Instructions

1.Preheat a skillet to medium high heat.
2.Butter one side of each bread slice.
3.Spread Dijon mustard on the other side of each bread slice.
4.Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on one slice of bread.
5.Then place apple slices and bacon on top of cheese.
6.Place the other slice of bread with mustard facing down over them.
7.Place the sandwich in the preheated skillet and cook, flipping the sandwich occasionally until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
8.Serve hot and enjoy!
