Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2.In a medium bowl, mix together finely crushed vanilla wafers, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, and 7 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
3.Pour the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan, pressing down evenly to create the crust.
4.In a large mixing bowl, beat 3 packages of cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
5.Add in 10 ounces of melted and cooled bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, a pinch of table salt, 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons Chambord raspberry liquor, and 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract into the mixing bowl and beat until combined and smooth.
6.Beat in 4 large eggs, one at a time and mix until smooth.
