Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon yeast ( Fast Acting )
12 cups flour ( best for bread )
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
3 eggs ( in a 4 C. Measure topped with warm water )
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

1.In large bowl, add 1/2 cup of water with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of yeast.
2.Add 12 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of salt to the bowl. Mix the ingredients well.
3.In a separate bowl, mix 3 eggs in 4 cups of warm water and pour into the dough.
4.Add 3/4 cup of vegetable oil and mix until the dough is smooth and elastic.
5.Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest overnight.
6.The next day, punch down the dough and shape it into buns. Place buns in a greased pan and let them rise for about 1 1/2 hours.
7.Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the buns for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
