Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the vegetarian chicken pieces, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, gluten flour, cheddar cheese, dill, garlic, basil, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, chopped tomatoes, minced red onion, salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
2.Form the mixture into small cakes.

4.To make the aioli, combine the light mayonnaise, Tabasco sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
