Ingredients

1 -2 sparerib rack , cut into serving size pieces
2 cups water
salt and pepper , to taste
1 bottle garlic sauce ( VH )
1/2 cup liquid honey

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.Place the sparerib pieces in a baking dish and pour water over them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

5.Remove the spareribs from the oven and pour out the liquid. Brush the garlic and honey mixture onto both sides of the spareribs.
6.Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Return the spareribs to the oven and bake, uncovered, for another 20 to 25 minutes.
