2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
2/3 cup sour cream ( low-fat sour or regular )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with butter.
2.In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
3.In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and brown sugar.
4.Whisk in the melted butter and then whisk in the sour cream.
5.Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until just combined.
6.Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, about 55 minutes.
7.Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
