1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

4.Cut the artichoke hearts into small cubes and divide them among the tomatoes.
5.Crack an egg into each tomato.
6.Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over each tomato.
7.In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, dill weed, garlic, and onion powder. Sprinkle this over the top of each tomato.
8.Bake the tomatoes for 20-30 minutes, until the eggs are set and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
