Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8 baking pan.
2.In a food processor, pulse oats, pumpkin seeds, flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda and butter until dough-like consistency.
3.Press mixture in bottom of greased pan.
4.Mix together pumpkin, brown sugar, honey, pumpkin pie spice, milk and cornstarch. Pour over crust layer.
5.In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, raw sugar and cinnamon. Add milk and mix well.
6.Sprinkle oat mixture over pumpkin layer.
7.Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are set. Cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
