1 cup Splenda granular ( depending on how sweet you want the muffins , I cut the splenda back to 1/2 cup )
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup skim milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
