Instructions

1.Melt 1/2 cup margarine or butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
2.Remove from heat and stir in cocoa, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, beaten egg, graham cracker crumbs, and sweetened coconut.
3.Press the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish, and chill for 10-15 minutes.
4.In another saucepan, melt 1/2 cup margarine or butter and milk, bring to a boil, and stir in instant pudding mix and powdered sugar.
5.Pour the mixture over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
6.Melt chocolate morsels and 2 tablespoons margarine or butter over low heat until smooth and pour over the top of the pudding mixture. Chill for 15-20 minutes before serving.
